Here is the details recipe:
Serves: 3-4 members
Ingredients:
Water - 3 to 4 cups
Olive oil (can use regular oil used in kitchen as well)
Rice - 3 cups
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 4 to 5 cloves
Vegetables: Onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage, broccoli - 100 grms each
Green chilies - 5 small
Sauces: Red chili, soy sauce - 1 tablespoon each
Black peppercorns - 10 to 20 grms (as per your taste)
Spring onion - 2 medium or 3 small
Salt to taste
Pre-prep:
- Rice to be soaked for at least 1-2 hrs before boiling
- Broccoli to be boiled for 8-10 mins
Preparing Rice:
Step 1: Heat water in a pan
Step 2: Add 1 spoon salt
Step 3: Add 1 spoon oil
Step 4: Let it boil, then add rice
Step 5: Cook until 80%
Step 6: Drain the water, run it under cold water and keep it aside
Preparing Broccoli fried rice
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan/wok
Step 2: Add finely chopped ginger and garlic, let it cook for 1-2 mins
Step 3: Add onion and saute for 2-3 mins
Step 4: Add finely chopped green chilies
Step 5: Add capsicum and saute for 1-2 mins
Step 6: Add carrot and saute for 3-4 mins
Step 7: Add cabbage and saute for 1-2 mins
Step 8: Add Broccoli and mix well
Step 9: Add the sauces: soy & red chili sauce
Step 10: Add grounded peppercorns, salt to taste and spring onion
Step 11: Add the cooked rice and mix gently
Serve this with freshly chopped spring onion and enjoyyyy!
