Protein bar - NO SUGAR - Packed with Nutrients, at home | easy and quick recipe #proteinbar

Here is the detailed recipe:

Ingredients:
Oats - 100 grms
Almond - 100 grms
Walnut - 100 grms
Pistachio - 100 grms
Dates - 5-7 pieces
Black raisins - 50 grms
Peanut butter (crunchy) - 1 tablespoon
Honey - 100 grms
Dark chocolate bars - 3 medium bars

Preparation:
Step 1: Roast oats on low flame for 5-10 mins
Step 2: Let it cool and then blend it
Step 3: Roast Almonds, walnuts & pistachios for 5-7 mins
Step 4: Let it cool and then blend it
Step 5: Blend dates and black raisins along with s spoons of oat and keep it aside
Step 6: Take a bowl and mix all the blended ingredients together
Step 7: Add peanut butter and honey
Step 8: Mix well
Step 9: Add all the mixture to a setting tray & set it as shown in the video
Step 10: Now heat some water and place a bowl on it to melt dark chocolate
Step 11: Once melted, pour it on the mixture and spread it evenly
Step 12: Freeze it for an hour
Step 13: Cut it into small bars and its ready!
