Boiled Egg Mayonnaise Rice| Egg Mayo Rice Recipe

This is not fried rice. It's steamed rice boiled eggs green peas and sweet corn mix all together with mayonnaise. The Light and subtle flavour is good for your lunch or dinner.

Today I will share with you boiled egg mayonnaise rice. Using steamed rice and I've added some favorite vegetables with boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Its yummy warm or cold.

Tips
You can create your own vegetable ingredients such as capsicums cucumber avocado etc.
Taste it when you mix all together then add some salt and pepper or mayonnaise if you need too.

Ingredients
450g Steamed rice
3 Eggs
A half of cup Green peas
A half of cup Sweet corn
4~4.5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1tsp Sesame oil
Some salt and pepper.
