You don't need ANY additional weight.

We are currently testing this with our trainees, but these are all the progressions you need to make solid progress with the Planche Push-up with as little as 1 day of training per week.

Moves you don't need to work on for this that others will [blindly] tell you to work on:
-Dips (Pseudo Planche Push-ups provide free gains on Dips. Dips do not provide free gains on PPPU)
-90 Degree Push-Up
-Bent Arm Planche Hold
