Seated Cable Chest Press #shorts
1. Position the cable pulleys slightly below shoulder height
2. Hold the handles at the bottom of your chest and close to your body
3. Keep your chest up & angle your elbows downward at a ~45 degree angle (do NOT flare your elbows out at 90 degrees)
4. Hold the handles with a slight 45 degree twist in your wrist (ideal)
5. Push the handles towards the midline of your chest
