How to Move a Manhole (or Inspection Chamber)
Most people call a hole in the ground with pipes inside a manhole. However, if the "manhole" is on your property and is smaller in size, it could be an inspection chamber. An inspection chamber will almost certainly be yours, but some manholes can belong to the sewer company, so you might need to check.
The alternative to moving a manhole, is to install a lock down cover and have the manhole inside the house. In my case the foundation were right on top of the manhole, so I have to move it outside.
