Hello and thanks for watching. I really hope that you guys enjoy and can walk away with a better understanding of How the Drain, Waste and Vent system is put together and how it all works. All my plumbing videos don’t apply to everyone and but if you find this video helpful Awesome. Before we can get started I would like to mention to you guys if you’re ever going to do any type of plumbing or DIY. Every job is different and with that in mind, you can run into certain situations that may make you feel like you should stop what you’re doing or just put it off for another time. Like for example, you don’t have all the parts you needed, the second person that was going to help you didn’t show up, or you're missing that awesome tool. What I have found there is no perfect situation my way around this is to keep going and start with the easy stuff and do what I can with what I have to work with and in most cases, if you follow this example you will find that the thing you thought would hold you back turns out to be something very simple because as you go along and start installing and working your mind become very creative and the idea just starts flowing.

Ok, we got that out the way. Anyone can glue PVC glue pipe together, yes, this, true, but what most people don’t know the effect of improper plumbing installation and how it can affect their health. How missing p-trap drain line not being vented under the sizing waste pipe on and on. Good plumbing could be looked at as preventive health care, yes, that’s right, the preventive health care you could be sick from your plumbing and not even know it. Your plumber could find out why you’re sick before your doctor could because doctors won't ask you about your plumbing the doctor can just tell you yep, you’re sick and ask you what have you been around, and you would never think bad plumbing. P-traps with no vent’s or missing p-trap are some of the biggest culprits, cracks in the vent or waste pipe what all this thing has one thing in common. They can release sewer gases and smell in your home and you don’t always smell sewer smell and in some cases you may get used to the smell and never think about it again. Now if this is the case and you have issues with your sinuses this could make you sick and put you in the hospital only to come home and go back because you never corrected the problem. It’s the small unseen things you have to look out for. This video is not intended for everyone to do there their own plumbing, but this video and a lot of my other videos can arm you with a lot of Plumbing information that I feel that can be very important to watch and learn. You have people out there that will tell you they know all about plumbing I say to you take this video and use it in your arsenal of knowledge, and if you do have plumbing work done, you can always come back to one of my videos or even ask me if you have concerns with your plumbing. With all that in mind, I wish you all the best of health and as always thank you for watching.
