Sweet Potato Balls Tang Yuan Tong Sui | Chinese Dessert for Winter Solstice Festival
Ingredients:
1. Sweet potatoes ( 100g purple + 100g orange to steam ) The rest of sweet potatoes to cut into cubes.
2. 4 tbsp Tapioca pearls ( soaked in water )
3. 40g + 40g Tapioca Flour )
4. 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp sugar. ) for the steamed purple & orange potatoes
5. Coconut milk
6. 3-4 pieces Ginger
7. Rock Sugar to taste
8. 4-5 Pandan leaves
