Building a Leofoto LS-323CEX leveling tripod

A while back a viewer commented that one of the tripods missing from the Leofoto lineup was a LS-323CEX. My advice then was to build his own. This video looks at how can take a conventional LS-323C tripod and swop out the apex from any 32mm Leofoto leveling apex to create your own 323 Leveling Ranger.
