Chasing Snow

Chasing snow in the high Drakensberg has been a dream of mine for quite some time, but it requires an alignment of work, weather, family commitments and a huge amount of luck. A recent dump of snow allowed me to finally get onto the escarpment during a decent snow event. This is the resulting vlog from my snow expedition along with Pat Richardson and Iana Strydom, thrown together by Mark Dumbleton (who sadly wasn't able to join us on top, but at least managed to introduce us to each other so that we could head up the Berg with safety in numbers - DON'T DO THIS ALONE or without the right gear and experience). What an epic weekend!
