If you made it to part 2 your Rock!! I have chosen these songs because they are a good 25 min cardio ;) if you need to pause have some water and have a small break, that’s ok !! Go of it, the idea is to increase your stamina on your own pace, I just want you to sweat and have the best mood at the end of this video.
