Day 4 of my "Quarantine sessions" Part 1 - Glutes workout

Today I am giving our upper body a bit of a rest, I don't know about you, but I am completely sore, this is the only pain I like ;) . For this workout you will need an elastic band and I am wearing weight ankles but thats an option, find also a bench where you can do frog kicks ;)
Once you finish part 1, don't even hesitate to jump to part 2 on my second video so you can stretch those sore muscles ;)
