Day 16 of my "Quarantine Sessions" Part 1- Grow your Glutes at home
Hi Guys!
I hope you are doing great at home, save and sane ;)
Here is another workout to grow your glutes, Today I filled up a backpack with bottles of water, that was abad idea, one of the bottle's lit opened and all the water was spilled on the floor lol!! but since this my daily workout, I could not stop and start again, it was physically hard lol!! so the backpack is a good idea but make sure to add bottles filled up with sand or you can add ay other heavy stuff you have around home.
Make sure you watch your form in every exercise,
- On the step ups make sure you squeeze your glutes of you kicking leg at the top.
-on split squat lean forward so you can target your glutes otherwise you will be targeting only your quadriceps :)
on Hip Thrusts, keep your gaze forward never to the ceiling, so you don't over extend your back.
- Use flat shoes !
mmm i think thats all, oh and if you dont do part 2, make sure to stretch your glutes and legs once you finish this sessions :)
