1). Application letter addressed to the comptroller general of the Nigerian immigration office, Abuja.
2) Copy of marriage certificate
3) Newspaper publication
4) Evidence of change of name in country of residence.
5) copy of passport and passport booklet
6) copy of husband's passport data page
7) NIS payment receipt
8) Admin fee (www.nigerianembassy.nu)
9) copy of resident permit
Due to Divorce.

1) Application letter addressed to the comptroller general of the Nigerian immigration office, Abuja.

2) Copy of Decree/Declaration of divorce
3) Newspaper publication
4) Evidence of maiden name
5) In case of Re-marriage, certificate of marriage with current spouse
6) evidence of name change in country of residence
7) copy of passport and passport booklet
8) NIS payment receipt
9) Admin fee (www.nigerianembassy.nu)
10) copy of resident permit
