1) Business Visa:
a) Passport valid for at least 6 months
b) Completed visa application form
c) Two recent passport size photographs
d) A Letter of Invitation from the company/business partners in Nigeria accepting immigration responsibility
e) Company’s certificate of incorporation
f) Cover letter by sponsoring company abroad
g) Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
h) Proof of payment of the administrative fees (www.nigerianembassy.nu)
i) Copy of passport data page of the signatory to the invitation letter which must be valid for at least six months.
2) Temporary Work Permit (TWP):
a. Passport with at least 6 months validity
b. completed visa application form
c. Two recent passport size photographs
d. Cover letter by host company in Nigeria
e. Company’s certificate of incorporation
f. Copy of Pre Approval Letter from Comptroller General, Nigeria Immigration Service
g. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
h. Proof of payment of the administrative fees (www.nigerianembassy.nu)
3) Subject to Regularization (STR):
a. Passport with at least 6 months validity
b. Completed visa form in quadruplicate with four recent passport photographs
c. Four copies of letter of Expatriate Quota Approval from Ministry of Interior
d. Four copies of credentials, certificates and curriculum vitae, all vetted by a Notary public office or the office of your Foreign ministry/Embassy.(English Certified translated copy where applicable)
e. Four copies of offer Letter of Employment
f. Four copies of Letter of Acceptance of employment, signed by expatriate
g. Nigeria Immigration Service Visa Payment Receipt and Visa Acknowledgement Receipt
h. Four copies of an application letter/ cover letter by employing company
i. Proof of payment of the administrative fees (www.nigerianembassy.nu)
4) DIPLOMATIC VISAS.
