BANGUS SISIG | MAPAPA-EXTRA RICE KA SA SARAP!! | FOODNATICS

BANGUS SISIG is a Filipino dish, a variation of sisig that is made of fried boneless bangus/milkfish. Fish meat is mixed with onions, chilis, mayonnaise, soy sauce, calamansi, and other ingredients. It is easy and quick to make recipe, can be served as an everyday dish or on special occasions/holidays. Perfect partner with a freshly steamed rice or with a glass of beer.

Ingredients:
450g deboned bangus/milkfish
coarse salt & pepper to season the bangus
1 medium-sized yellow onion
1 medium-sized red onion
4 pcs red chilis
3 pcs green chilis
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 & 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp coarse salt
3 pcs calamansi
3 tbsp crushed chicharon
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
