boil the chicken with the following:
1 kg chicken legs & wings
4 pcs chicken liver
1/2c cup of soy sauce
1 head of garlic (pounded)
1 tsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
3 pcs of dried bay leaves
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar

annatto oil:
1 & 1/2 tbsp atsuete seeds
2 tbsp of cooking oil

sautee:
boiled garlic
chicken liver
seared chicken
adobo sauce
4 pcs hard boiled eggs (optional)
