Adobo is a unofficially considered as a national dish here in the Philippines. It usually uses chicken, pork, chicken & pork, seafood, or vegetables. This version consists of chicken and I added a twist to make it more tasty & delicious. Best served with a freshly steamed rice. Even tastier the next day.

Ingredients:
1 head garlic
2 medium size onion
1kg seared chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp peppercorn
3 pcs dried bay leaves
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cups coconut milk
1 tsp foodnatics chili garlic sauce
