Marinade mixture:
1 can of pineapple juice (240 ml)
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
2 tbsp of oyster sauce

for sautéing:
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
1 kg of pork spare ribs (seared)
marinade mixture
1 cup of water
3 pcs dried bay leaves
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 medium size potato
70g green peas (pre-cooked)
