RUSTY ANTIQUE PLIER RESTORATION | Almost epic restroration

I found this old rusty plier on the ground when I was cleaning my lawn. As you can see in the video, the plier is very rusty and it's handle or grip already broken. I decided to restore the plier into a new condition.

Even though, I can just purchased a new plier but it will not give me the same excitement and experience like the restroration did. I am very glad that i could learn to restore this plier but, I am still sad because i didn't have enough tools to restore this plier like other mechanic youtuber did.

PLEASE comment any suggestion regarding restoration so that i could improve better in future.
