Sigma 150mm f2.8 macro. how I take images of insects.

Well hello,and thank you for joining me on it's a buds life.
I go to a local nature reserve that has an abundance of wild flower meadows to try my hand at insects with the Sigma 150mm macro , now they say that the best time for this sort of photography is early morning or late evening to catch the insects when they are more docile, sod that , where's the challenge in that , so I go out at midday when the sun is high the weather is warm and a gentle breeze blowing through the reserve. Rules are meant to be broken, especially when so-called experts tell you , well I like proving them wrong..
I only spent an hour and a half here and got some shots I am happy with , and they all appear at the end of the video..
