Do people find you annoying and do your habits make people dislike you? If it’s not you, this will be someone you know. It’s the person who is always smiling and laughing spreading joy and happiness where ever they go? If you recognise this person, they are the sunshine yellows.

We call them the sunshine yellows, and just like the sun’s brightness and warmth can vary in intensity from hazy to intense, the yellows can also range from the cheerful chatterbox, to the grand performer, so stay watching as in this video we are going to show you how to spot, and understand the people focused extraverts.

Every colour has a motivator, and the yellows are motivated by Public Recognition. Of course we all love to be recognised for a job well done, but for a yellow, what’s really important is that everyone else knows about it too. Ask them to stand up and take a bow, watch them relish the round of applause, or simply make sure that you tell them how great they look, or what a great job they’re doing in front of everyone else. Where the reds are seeking challenge, the yellows are seeking praise.
