Hi all!

This video has been highly requested by you guys so I finally made it. My intention throughout this video is to give you a behind the scenes on where my mindset has been the last 2 years. It's obvious that the choices I've made have resulted in a body that's taken on a different shape, and one that I'm ultimately more comfortable in. I wanted to make it clear, however, that there's so much more to my new found happiness than what I see in the mirror. I hope you enjoy this video and that the message I'm trying to get across comes through in the right way!
