Treat Conjunctivitis with Baking Soda - Homeveda

In conjunctivitis the white portion of the eye turns pink or reddish in colour

CAUSES
Viral infection
Reaction to an allergen
Chemical exposure
Excessive strain

SYMPTOMS
Pinkish discolouration of the eye
Pain in the affected eye
Itching
Watery eyes

REMEDY 1:
Take a bowl of hot water
Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder (haldi)
Mix well
Soak cotton balls in this for 10 mins
Place the cotton on your eyes

REMEDY 2:
Take 1/2 bowl of water
Add 1/4 tsp baking soda
Mix well
Use this water as an eye wash
