Essential Oils To Cure Headache| Aromatherapy Blend - Homeveda

Headache:

• Headache refers to any pain or discomfort in and around the head and neck

Causes:
• Chronic headache could be indicative of an underlying ailment
• The other causes of headache include:
o Stress
o Lack of sleep
o Physical exhaustion

Remedy:

Take 1 ounce bottle
Put 3 drops of lavender oil
Add, 3 drops of Roman Chamomile oil
Add 3 drops of eucalyptus oil
Add 3 drops of peppermint oil
Fill the remaining bottle with sesame oil
Close the bottle tightly and mix the bend properly

Take some on both index fingers and massage your temples with it.

Tips:

• For chronic headaches:
• Drink water mixed with honey every morning
• Drink this on an empty stomach
