Mega Mage World (PC) - Kaitot Stage - #3 [Mega Man-Like]

A Game Boy style Mega Man game, a short one, by the name I assume it's a spin off of the original Mega Mage, but I don't know it seems to have been made by another developer.

The developer Master Type X is interesting for this kind of retro game, he made some Shmup and Platformers inspired by Mega Man and Castlevania, Shippu Senki Force Gear 2 in particular seems to be very cool, and most of these games are free, the developer's link is here: https://typexstudio.jimdofree.com/

About Mega Mage World, it's not the best level design, but it's cool, the power ups are useful to get life and energy items in the stages, the water items summon a platform that is very useful.

There is a very interesting twist in the Boss Rush section, instead of repeating the same bosses, there is a new set of 4 bosses, with 4 new weapons that expand the possibilities even more, it is a very cool idea, but unfortunately the game is very short, there is only one stage after this section, so the items cannot be useful for a long time.
