First, let’s see how to remove an Outlook account on Windows.

Open Outlook on your computer.

Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Go to Accounts and Your Accounts.

You’ll see a list of all the accounts added to Outlook.

Click on Manage for the account you want to remove.

Click the Remove button.

A message will pop up asking if you want to remove this account.

Click Remove to confirm.
