Open the Clubhouse app on your Phone. and Move to the User profile from the search option at the top left corner or Open from Follow list. or Tap on Profile when you seeing from a room.

From the user profile Tap on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the screen.

Select Block option. Now, What happens, This user prevents you from entering your room when you are a speaker.

and you will get a warning about where they are speaking in rooms.

If a blocked user is speaking in a room that would otherwise be visible to you, that room will be hidden from your feed by default, but there will be a capsule at the bottom of your feed to let you know that the hidden room exists. If you would like to see the room regardless, you can choose to tap that capsule and reveal the room.

If you are just an audience member in the room and a blocked user enters the audience, you will not be proactively notified.

That's all about what happens if you blocked the user.

Blocking and unblocking users on Clubhouse is really easy, but hard to unblock. There is no special option for seeing all blocked users.

You have to search with name manually from the app and Tap on the Red Blocked Button from a profile. and unblock it.

one more tip on this is a shield badge symbol on a profile. Many people who follow have been blocked the same profile and you have to prevent from this profile before following the profile. This kind of profile will see you as an exclamation icon on the profile.
