配方可以做出12个荷花酥
Ingredients食材：
1. Filling内馅儿：
* 2pcs Egg Yolk 蛋黄 (32g)
* 24g Powdered Sugar 糖粉 10tsp
* 60g Shredded Coconut 椰蓉 12tbsp
* 24g Unsalted Butter 无盐黄油 5tsp （也可以用等量黄油替换）

2. Water-oil Dough水油面团：
* 1 Drop Pink Food Coloring 粉色食用色素
* 48g Water 水 3tbsp+1/2tsp
* 120g Cake flour 低筋面粉 3/4cup+2tbsp+2tsp
* 12g Sugar 糖 1tbsp
* 12g Lard 猪油 （也可以用等量黄油替换）

3. Pastry Dough油酥面团：
* 78g Cake flour 低筋面粉 1/2cup+1.6tbsp
* 42g Lard 猪油

Oil Temperature 油温 120-140°C
