Join me for a 25-minute yoga class incorporating dumbbells to challenge and strengthen your upper body and core. For this practice, you'll need a yoga mat and a set of medium-weight dumbbells (I'm using 6kg each). This class is inspired by yoga and is suitable for all levels.
