15 min HIIT WORKOUT | Low Impact | Wrist Friendly | Beginner Friendly Options

Join me for a 15 minute HIIT WORKOUT that is both low impact and wrist friendly. Time to blast through calories and get toning with the perfect combo of CARDIO and STRENGTH. I'll provide both BEGINNER FRIENDLY OPTIONS and some more advanced options for a few of the exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
