🏣 Walking through 1000 de la Gauchetière to Bonaventure Metro Station 🟠

Here is what part of 1000 de la Gauchetière looks like upon entering from one of the main entrances.

This is Montreal's second tallest building which stands at 205 meters (673 feet), the same height as Mount Royal!

Inside the building consists of offices, restaurants and a beautiful ice rink. It was completed in 1992 and includes 22 elevators and 51 floors.

There is also the Downtown Terminus, which I walk by in the video, located just below the main floor of the building. This terminus serves the RTL busses and other South Shore buses.

Then there is the connection to the rest of the underground city including Central Stations, Place Bonaventure and of course Bonaventure Metro Station.

Note: In the video I incorrectly said this was the tallest building in Montreal. In fact, 1250 René-Lévesque is Montreal's tallest building which stands at 226 meters (742 feet).
