30 min Beginner Bodyweight w/ Rachel, Raven & Tyler 💪 The Challenge Workout

Rachel invites her celebrity friends to see if they have what it takes to train with the challengers. Pilates-body Raven Ross, from "Love Is Blind 3”, joins Rachel and fellow challenger Tyler Duckworth for this 30-minute beginner bodyweight class. No equipment is necessary.
