Sourcing Ingredients For Modern Indigenous 9 Course Meal

Our team travels to Owen Sound to meet with Indigenous Chef Zach owner of Naagan to film this 2 part series. In Part 1, we source ingredients at the farm and fishing boat. Part 2 includes more sourcing and culminates in a mind-bending Indigenous 9-course meal. Chef Zach is of Anishinaabe descent from the Chippewas of Nawash Unceeded First Nations community. A community we learn more about in this episode.
