Chai/Tea Masala Power
Chai/Tea masala Powder ☕️
Ingredients
-2 tbsp ginger powder
1-1/2 tbsp green cardamom
-5-6” inch cinnamon sticks
-1 tbsp cloves
-Grind Coarsely/fine, all the spices (except dry ginger powder)
-Transfer to a bowl add dry ginger powder and mix well
-Store in an airtight jar/container
-Use the “Chai/Tea masala” whenever you make Tea/Chai with milk or water.
-Enjoy
HOW TO MAKE TEA ☕️
-Servings :4
Ingredients
-4-1/2 cup water or milk
-7 tsp sugar (add according to your taste)
-4 tsp tea power. (I always mix half & half mixed -normal tea power +Red Label Natural care tea powder in a container)
-Handful lemongrass (wash the leaves properly)
-1-1/2 tsp homemade Chai/Tea Masala Power
-Boil for 10 minutes, strain
-Enjoy!
