How to clear a clogged windshield washer fluid tank; clogged reservoir

We had almost no washer fluid squirting onto the windshield of a 2015 Ford F150 Laredo. This is the method we used to clean out the reservoir, without removing the tank. The tank removal would have required removing the battery and battery tray first in order to remove the washer tank. This was much easier and perhaps faster than completely removing the reservoir tank.
