| Abel Albonetti's Heavy Push Workout |
1. Flat Barbell Bench Press: 5 sets, 6-8 reps
(Last set is a triple drop set.)
2. Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 5 sets, 8-10 reps
(Last set is a triple drop set.)
3. Incline Dumbbell Press: 5 sets, 8-10 reps
(Last set is a double drop set.)
4. Superset
a. Cable High To Low Cable Fly: 4 sets, 12-15 reps
b. Dumbbell Side Raise: 4 sets, 12-15 reps
(Last set is a double drop set on both exercises.)
5. V-Bar Cable Push Down: 5 sets, 12 reps
6. Dumbbell Over Head Extension: 5 sets, 10-12 reps
