Understanding Mindfulness Breathing Technique B2
"B2" is a simple yet profound mindfulness breathing technique. It's not a fleeting exercise but a transformative one that enables you to return to the present moment when you feel disconnected or overwhelmed by stress, worries, or anxiety. Use this effective technique to help you let go and relax.
One of the most beautiful aspects of the B2 breathing technique is its simplicity. You don't need any special equipment or intensive training. It is a tool that we always carry with us, anywhere and anytime.
Similar to B3, with the B2 breathing technique, you focus on the sensation of air flowing along the inside of your nostrils during your breath. In contrast to B3, where you naturally breathe in and out, you now deliberately breathe in and out slowly and deeply, constantly aware of this sensation.
With B2, you work on your mental discipline and train your mind to resist the pull of distractions. You can use your increased concentration to engage with more advanced mindfulness exercises.
