Day 45 meals @Aruna raj varma #weight loss journey

Day 45
Lost one more kg so over all it is 11 kgs with in 45 days.

Woke up at 5am. After drinking my fat cutter drink started doing work outs at 5.50am and continued till 7am and did zumba for other 20 to 30 min taking small breaks...

8.30am one apple and watermelon
9.30am musel with some buttermilk, banana and nuts.(left some part of my bowl and kept it aside in fridge as I m unable to finish it at once)
10am to 1pm full busy cleaning all mess at home.
1pm lunch brown rice, kandipodi, sambar with full veggies,aratikaya fry and omelet.
7.30pm ate mornings left over musel.

That's a for today....
