ALIGUAY ISLAND, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte

Aliguay Island is an island barangay in Dapitan City, province of Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. It is is located in the seawaters between the provinces Zamboanga del Norte and Negros Oriental.

Aliguay Island is a favorite diving and snorkeling destination due to the diverse marine resources found around the island. A portion of Aliguay Island is owned by Dakak Resort and Properties.

There is a small community living in Aliguay Island comprising a barangay. Majority of the Aliguay's inhabitants depend on fishing for subsistence and livelihood.
