YOGA YUVA KENDRA: YOGA WITH PARTHA - STANDING ASANA'S: 5TH SET

This morning 23/4/26 we did our 5th set of Yoga series as promised earlier. Total 15 days of different sets of Yoga we planned and promised. We started with loosening exercises and continued with Pakshi Kriya - for expelling Toxics from body with our Breathing technique. Inspired by Birds continuous flying ability and energy maintaining capacity this kriya developed. for better blood circulation, energy movement and cells growth and free/flexible body, Pakshi Kriya practiced. next we continued with Standing Asana's for various Benefits to our body. Asana's list as follows.
Utkattasana, Vayu Nishkasana, Tolasana, Natarajasana, Veerabhadrasana(plate 2),Padhahasthasana, Trikonasana, Parivratta Trikonasana, Parsva Uttanasana, Ardha Chakrasana, Ardha Katti Chakrasana, Vrikshasana, Kati Chakrasana and last asana is Durgasana.
