YOGA YUVA KENDRA: YOGA WITH PARTHA - WEEKEND YOGA

Today 4/4/26 morning we had all regular warmup's, Kriya and Asana Practices as follows. I demonstrated Rudra Kriya for better understanding as it was newly introduced a few days back. Then continued with Asana's. List of 14 Asana's
Anantha Padangusthasana - for Hypothalamus, it works as a link between nervous system & Endocrine glands .
Tapasasana - care for digestive organs, activate Manipura chakra, control nerves around Naval area
Indrasana = Capable of Changing IDA & PINGALA NADI when perform this asana.
Nandasana - Prop up gluteus muscles, dissolve Tennis elbow, Biceps, Triceps, leg muscles toned up.
Eka pada hastha padangustasana - squat one leg balance, activate base chakra & pelvic muscles.
Bhramacharyasana - difficult one but strengthen our virility & manliness, maintains Bhramacharya
Sambhaviasana - one leg with heel support & other end by Toe's support, balance our chakras.
Kalpasana & Kalpaushtrasana - both with heel balance performed. nearly 4 Asana's on Heels.
Rama Pranamasana - pretty difficult one to perform Effective on Diabetes, our colons get rejig.
Parthasana - counter asana plus develops strong knees, expanded chest, good for planter fasciitis.
Ishasana - standing one to relieve knee joint pressures and single leg balancing to carry body weight
Niranjanasana - equal to Gomukhasana in standing. Effective for Intestines and stiff shoulder joints.
Venkatasana - Ready for Anything mentality it develops, a Yogi will cultivate sharp focus, attention.
