YOGA YUVA KENDRA: RELAX & RECHARGE YOUR SELF WITH SUPINE ASANA'S

Hi Viewers,
This Morning 18/4/26 our Yoga session we dealt with body Relaxation and Reinvigorate our self with Supine Asana's & Breathing Techniques. As a regular practice we started with stretching followed with body tapping. After this continued with Breathing techniques like,
Sarathy Kriya - for lungs cleansing, fatigue & revive our upper respiratory systems. Followed with
Pranayama - we performed Nadi Shuddhi pranayama for five minutes. Explained in details about both breathing techniques in video, please refer. Continued with Asana Practices, we did the following
Sethu Bandhasana, Uthana Padhasana, Ardha Halasana, Jatara Parivarthasana, Pavana Mukthasana, Naukasana, Sarvanghasana, Halasana, Matsyasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Makarasana(resting pose), Dhanurasana, Balasana(resting pose) and last one being Vakrasana in half folding both legs and twist body for more effect. At least three benefits of each asana was discussed and informed to the viewers.
