steel shop stool build with stick welding by AMbros custom

Hi friend, This is my homemade custom DIY shop stool with my logo inlay at the top.As soon as I started DIY works and created a small shop in my home I think that I need something to sit in the meantime. Then I decided to make a home shop stool. But I don’t want it to look ordinary like Square or Round shape. That’s why I decided to go for hexagon shape. During the build, I am aware of complication in this design.so, to minimize those complication I decided to make some jigs. That can help me to hold objects at desired weld positions. I have also inlay our shop logo in the stool top.material i used for inlay is stainless steel and brass. I can inlay with the help of my custom CNC. But there is no fun making these things with CNC.I also want that a person who did not have CNC also able to make it. I also took almost 6 days to build & the end result is in front of you.This entire build i made with my 250A stick welding machine. I hope you also Enjoy it.
