Recipe Ingredients
Serves 2-3
300g boneless and skinless chicken breast diced into cubes
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp plain yoghurt
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 lemon for juice
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp edible mustard/vegetable oil
For the sauce
4-5 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 inches of cinnamon stick
5 cloves
5 green cardamoms
3 bay leaves
3 onions (finely chopped)
4 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tbsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
3 tomatoes pureed
salt as required
1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
