Easy sine wave generator that did not always work (why? basics + remedies in the description)

Important: it could be that this circuit does NOT work when you use another transistor, say that does not have a Hfe (current amplification) of 250 or higher. Especially the voltage divider at the base is very (!) critical for a good sine wave oscillation. Has everything to do with the exact (!) bias that is needed to make a sine wave oscillator work.

Sorry for some cracking sounds in the video, I don't know where they come from.The video shows the very basics from a 1 transistor sine wave generator, consisting of a phase shifting network from 3 capacitors and 3 resistors, combined with 1 backcoupling capacitor that keeps the oscillation going.
