#FMJSummit: Heritage Traineeships

Traineeships are often mooted as the answer to all the heritage sectors' woes around qualifications and increasing diversity, but what is it really like to take part in a traineeship? What do you learn? How are you supported? Where can it take you next? Join our panel who have all completed traineeships and moved into other jobs in the sector to find out all this and much much more!
