#FMJSummit: What's it like to be a museum director or manager?

Everyone thinks they want to be in charge, but what's the real story? This session will explore what it's like to be a museum manager or director. The panel will discuss what skills and experiences are needed to excel at this work and how to get into this career path. We will discuss the highs and the lows working in these areas, comparing and contrasting the experiences of our panel. There'll be plenty of time at the end for questions from the audience too!
