Florida Lobster Hunting For Success

If you ask a Floridian where to go for Mini Season of Lobster most will tell you that the best location is the Florida Keys. Lucky for me I have friends who invited me to stay and hunt Lobster with them on the last Wednesday and Thursday of July in 2020. These days are like a sneak peak at the Lobster before the season fully opens in the first week of August. In other words; the Lobster are EVERYWHERE and so are the people! I've never seen so many boats packed into such a small area which makes things dangerous and more challenging at times. With a little luck and hard work everyone on the water these days should tickle and net their way to a 6 per person limit in the Keys. Join me as I take you through my day starting at 3am when I leave my house to head down to the Keys and as I leave the Keys because a Hurricane is growing not far off the coast!
