With so many wonderful gins on the market today, it can be hard to know which gin is going to suit the occasion. So my good friend, Fever Tree ambassador, 2018 TimeOut Melbourne Bartender of the Year, former manager at the Gin Palace and all round gin expert Trish Brew joins me for another deep dive into the wonderful world of gin to shed some light and give you a few easy to remember tips.

This time we're looking at different uses of gin and Trish also takes us through four flavours of Fever Tree Tonic, Indian, Mediterranean, Aromatic and Elderflower, shows us how to pair them up with the right gin and gives us a run down on some great gin drinks as well as some nice cocktail variations to help you or someone you know look at gin in a whole new light!
